Jan. 31 2008, Published 7:49 a.m. ET
Around noon on Wednesday, a 25-year-old man was arrested outside the Los Angeles area home of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
According to the LAPD, the Jolie-Pitts' housekeeper notified the authorities when she noticed a vehicle blocking the driveway to the house. The man in the car, Eric Mitchell, got out and asked the housekeeper which house belonged to Brad Pitt.
Mitchell, who claimed to be a "freelance reporter," was later taken in on what is known as a "private person's arrest" for investigation of trespassing, which means that the housekeeper will have to decide whether or not to press criminal charges.
