Mom-to-be Nicole Richie is giving boyfriend Joel Madden the boot — out of his in-house office, that is.
The pair, already parents to 15-month old daughter Harlow, need to make room for their new baby in the home they've been renting on Hollywood’s Outpost Drive since late last year. Unfortunately, that means converting Joel's home office into a third bedroom.
With the second child on its way, Nicole, 27, wants Harlow to move out of the nursery and into her own “big girl’s room.”

“Nicole plans to redo Joel’s office in pink and frills,” a source tells OK!. “She’s told him he either has to move to the garage or put his laptop in the kitchen!”
Joel, 30, hates the idea of being kicked out of his office, but knows it’s for a good cause. Says the source, “He’s thrilled to death that they are expecting another baby.”
