After years of hoping for a child to call her own, when Jennifer Lopez finally found out she was pregnant with twins, putting on pounds was the last thing on her mind. In fact, the 38-year-old superstar even said that she gained the right amount of weight — by her own estimate, between 45 and 50 pounds — for a woman having twins. But now that the twins, Max and Emme, who are healthy and happy, Jenny From the Block is determined to get back the body that made her famous.
Once Jennifer gets the green light from her doctor, she's going to get her famous butt right back to the gym. Gunnar Peterson, J.Lo's trainer for the last 10 years, confirms to OK!, "We're already setting it up. She's an organizer and a planner."
So what kind of workout does Peterson have in mind for the superstar? Initially, he says, he'll "pay attention to her heart rate and start with light cardio and some body-weight exercises and build from there. Just like her kids will do in no time flat — it's walk before you run."
