Josiah Duggar Marries Lauren Swanson: 'What A Joy It Is To Be Husband And Wife!'

Big congratulations are in order for Counting On star Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson, as they officially got married yesterday!

The couple tied the knot on Saturday at John Brown University Cathedral of the Ozarks in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

“What a joy it is to be husband and wife!” the couple told PEOPLE exclusively of the special Duggar family celebration. "Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!”

“What was even more perfect was to see my beautiful bride walking down the aisle," Josiah added. "We are so thankful the Lord has brought us to this place and we can’t wait to begin our journey as husband and wife!”

PEOPLE obtained photos from the wedding day, where Lauren looked absolutely stunning in a wedding gown from The White Dress Boutique. Her eight bridesmaids wore blush-colored dresses handmade by Jana Duggar and Josh Duggar's wife Anna.

The ceremony was officiated by Lauren's father Dwain Swanson. The theme throughout the evening incorporated flowers, wood and iron.

Josiah and Lauren got engaged back in March of this year after first announcing their courtship two months earlier. “This is an exciting, big step in our lives, and the whole thing was very meaningful," they told US Weekly exclusively.
