The early days of Khloe Kardashian’s 40-pound weight loss were not happy ones. When her marriage to former NBA star Lamar Odom, 34, began to unravel, the 29-year-old reality star “got so stressed she totally lost her ability to eat and the weight started melting of,” reports a source.
Since then, she’s moved on to a largely sugar-free diet, says the source. “She’ll drink black coffee and water all morning. When she finally eats she’ll have a big salad with chicken or fish. She makes lunch her biggest meal,” adds the source.
By then she’s already had a hike with sister Kourtney Kardashian or boot camp class with Kim or a session at the gym with free weights. “She exercises seven days a week and most days fits in two or three workouts,” the source says.

While in Thailand with her family, the reality TV star took to social media to show off her new slim figure. Apparently, Khloe started off at over 170 lbs and is now down to 140. A source reveals that she wants to lose another 15 lbs, too!
