'16 and Pregnant' Star Aubrey Wolters Arrested on Shoplifting & Drug Possession Charges

Another arrest to report of an MTV 16 and Pregnant star. Aubrey Wolters of 16 and Pregnant Season Two was apparently arrested for shoplifting, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of a dangerous drug while she was with her baby!

According to Star magazine and Radar Online, Aubrey and a friend were caught shoplifting last year in Prescott, Ariz. at a local Walmart. The police report states she stole $29.66 worth of cosmetics.

When police searched Aubrey's purse, they reportedly also found Ritalin and OxyContin, neither of which the teen mom had a prescription for.

Aubrey, who was 17 at the time, and her friend were both charged with shoplifting and ordered to stay away from the store for a year.

But Aubrey, whose son Austin was in tow at the time, was charged with possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of a dangerous drug.

Brandon Akerill, Aubrey's estranged husband/father of her child, had to come and pick up their son as Aubrey was taken to juvenile detention.

Aubrey and Brandon married on 16 and Pregnant, but 14 months later got a legal separation.
