The Bachelor. 8pm on ABC. Now that the world got introduced to Juan Pablo Galavis on last night's Bachelor season 18 special, tonight he meets the ladies. But first, he gets a pep talk from former Bachelor Sean Lowe on how to deal with everything that's about to happen. Aw, bromance.

Almost Human. 8pm on Fox. In the season premiere, a killer attaches bombs to his victims' bodies and broadcasts it for other people's "enjoyment". Kinda sounds like a sick version of The Hunger Games, no?

Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off.  9pm on The Food Network. Eight celebs, including The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka, The Brady Bunch's Florence Henderson and Vanilla Ice, join Team Rachael or Team Guy for season 3 of the cooking competition show.

Single Ladies. 9pm on Vh1. Val, Keisha and April are back at it—"it" meaning breaking men's hearts everywhere—with the return of season 3.

Teen Wolf. 10pm on MTV. It's not fair that since August we've been waiting for season 2 part 2 to air, and now, finally, it's here! More hotness that is Tyler Posey to start your new year. MTV knows what's up.
