Robin reportedly upset Chris with questions about his alleged assault of his former girlfriend Rihanna.
"As always, we ask questions that are relevant and newsworthy, and that's what we did in this interview with Mr. Brown,” an ABC News spokesperson said in a statement (via The Hollywood Reporter).
“I think I'm past that in my life," Chris said when asked about the incident with Rihanna. "Today's the album day, so that's what I'm focused on.”
But Robin mentioned the incident again and Chris said, “I think today's the ALBUM day so that's what I'm focused on.”
