Adam Lambert Schedules Appearance on 'The View'

American Idol’s most recent second runner up Adam Lambert has seen his fair share of scrutiny after a very controversial American Music Awards performance last month that landed him dropped from a slew of ABC talk show appearances, but luckily for the rocker, The View has finally decided to take him on.
Adam Lambert is all set to visit the lovely ladies of ABC’s The View, including hosts Barbara Walters, Whoppi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, and Sherri Shepard, on Thursday of this week for an exclusive sit down interview and scheduled performance.
Although Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Dick Clark’s New Years Eve show canceled Adam’s on-screen appearances after heads turned during his racy and expressive award show performance, it seems as though ABC is trying to patch things up with the singer by re-booking him on more than one show.
Barabara Walters has plans to include the 26-year-old vocalist in her yearly “Most Fascinating People” Primetime Special on Wednesday to discuss Lambert’s eventful year and hopefully, the much talked about male on male kiss seen during his spicy breakout performance.
