Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has turned herself in to complete a five-year jail sentence. Amber has struggled with drug addiction and rather than complete an outpatient program that consisted of drug testing and a court-ordered drug program, the reality starlet called herself a "bad girl" and asked that she be thrown into jail.
Amber has been in and out of the court system due to a string of charges ranging from Class C felony domestic battery to drug possession. In addition, she's been unable to follow the guidelines of her probation and was jailed once again last December for engaging in a physical fight with another young woman at a restaurant.
