Reports are surfacing that Ann Curry from Today may become yesterday's co-anchor.
According to the New York Post, Ann will reportedly be transitioned out of the morning show and take on another reporting role at NBC.
As for her potential replacement? The newspaper reports Savannah Guthrie will likely replace Ann. Savannah's been co-anchoring the third hour with Al Roker and Natalie Morales for the past year.
Although the timetable sounds flexible, it could happen during the London Olympics in late July. Apparently Ann's replacement will have a large viewing audience at that time so it may be a ripe time for the peacock network to show off its new co-anchor!
Meanwhile, co-anchor Matt Lauer isn't going anywhere any time soon. He signed a deal two months ago worth an estimated $25 million per year!
