Another Day, Another Court Appearance for Lindsay Lohan
Feb. 23 2011, Published 3:42 p.m. ET
Although last time she appeared in court, Lindsay Lohan's white dress got almost as much press time as the appearance itself, talk today will likely center around possible jail time. Lindsay is scheduled to meet with the prosecutor today as the judge plays middleman regarding plea negotiations.

According to TMZ, during the hearing a prosecutor, Danette Meyers, will present Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, with an official offer to plea bargain the grand theft case. Looks like Danette has already informed Shawn that a deal will include time in the slammer.

It's expected that the judge will suggest that Lindsay accept jail time for the probation violation and three years felony probation for the grand theft case. There's a big glitch to this plea, however. If Lindsay gets into trouble during the probation, she will go to prison. Not to any prison, mind you — she'll go to the state penitentiary! If Lindsay decides against accepting the plea, the judge will simply set a date for a preliminary hearing.
