Are Justin Bieber and Nick Jonas Heading to 'X Factor'?

American Idol better unveil something spectacular soon because it appears The X Factor is pulling out all the stops for for season two.

Not only did they snag Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, but the show has also reportedly tapped Justin Bieber and Nick Jonas to act as mentors. Talk about major Tween Power!

Justin shot off a tweet late last night alluding to a long day with L.A. Reid, one of the show's hosts, who he'll work with as a mentor.

"long day but great day. @LA_Reid @ScooterBraun just like old times! thanks."

Nick Jonas, however, will aid Demi in mentoring responsibilities.

It also seems the show will feature an age sensitive bent with the three judges each handling a particular age group. Demi, the youngest of the trio, will be in charge of the 12 to 16-year-old age group, Brit Brit will tackle the 17 to 24-year-olds, while L.A. will judge every contestant 25 and older.
