Former child actress, Gigi Goyette, is coming forward (via attorney Gloria Allred) to say she had an "intimate relationship" with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

We hope we don't have to start a tally, but this makes it alleged mistress number two.
"I represent Gigi Goyette, who had an intimate relationship with Arnold," Gloria told E! News.
Gigi starred on Little House on The Prairie and is now 52 years old.
She claims, according to Radar Online, to have had sex with Arnold in 1975 when she was just 16 years old.

And that wasn't the only encounter.
Gigi alleged she reunited with Arnold in 1989 after he married Maria Shriver.
The Los Angeles Times reports (via E! News) that two days before Arnold announced his candidacy for governor of California, Gigi signed a confidentiality agreed with American Media Inc. for $20,000 in exchange to keep silence about their affair.
