It's been 10 months after the split no one saw coming and now Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are officially divorced!
The rocker couple have managed to keep the exact details of their separation a secret, but according to court documents (via Huffington Post) a judge signed off on the divorce Nov. 22.

Ashlee and Pete have also entered into an 103-page settlement agreement which will only be enacted if a dispute were to occur.

Originally, Ashlee filed for sole custody of the ex-couple's 3-year-old son, spurring Pete to submit his own petition for joint custody.
Since that was the last anyone has heard of a custody dispute, it's safe to assume Ashlee and Pete have worked out a joint custody agreement.

That means Bronx will be spending time with both Ashlee's new beau, Boardwalk Empire actor Vincent Plaza and possibly model Meagan Camper, whom Pete has been spotted out with.
Though young, the former couple have handled the situation with a level of maturity and class.
And now that the sadness of her divorce is behind her, Ashlee can focus on the joy of sister Jessica Simpson's pregnancy!
