Ashton Kutcher may swear by the wedding vows he exchanged with Demi Moore but right now he's making headlines with another woman. Despite Ashton's threats to halt a sex tape from being released by alleged mistress, Brittney Jones, Vivid Entertainment plans to move forward with their intentions of releasing the tape on Dec. 29.

The 21-year-old has stated she had an affair with Ashton, even though he's not in the tape and the entertainment company is using his name in press materials to promote it! According to an E! Online exclusive, Brittney also said the entertainment company received the sex tape through a mysterious third party.
In fact, her lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to CEO Steve Hirsch and despite his recent meeting with Brittney at a Hollywood coffee shop, plans seem to be full speed ahead to release the tape.

Ashton still denies the alleged affair with Brittney and any association with the sex tape; Vivid has removed his name in its promotional materials. Brittney has claimed she and Ashton met at a bowling alley and later had sex on a couch. Ashton denies the story.
