Remember the story about the pervy man who hacked into Scarlett Johansson's email account and spread nude photos of the star across the Web?
Well, according to the Los Angeles Times, the federal government has indicated Christopher Chaney should pay Scarlett $66,000 in restitution. The sentencing filed by the U.S. State Attorney's Office also recommended the hacker pay $7,500 to Christina Aguilera.
In addition, Renee Olstead, star of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, was also a victim and the government indicated she should get paid approximately $76,000 by the perpetrator.
As for the bad news? The state attorney says it's "unlikely" that Christopher can actually pay the stars given his employment record. In addition, the U.S. attorneys working on the case indicated he should spend 71 months in federal prison.
Do you think that's a fair sentence based on his crime?
