“It’s preposterous to blame a TV show for someone’s suicide,” Bethenny told USA Today. “When the show started filming, I’d heard he wasn’t so kind to his wife. But I know nothing about them.”
Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband died of suicide on Aug. 15 and since then there have been many reports regarding who's to blame in his death.

But Bethenny believes that Russell knew what he was getting into before he started filming the reality show.
“People sign very lengthy documents and they know what they’re getting into," she said. "Life is stressful. It’s unfair to blame a TV show for something personal."
“I believe that," she added. "I really do."
