It's only been three weeks since Bethenny Frankel filed for divorce from her husband Jason Hoppy, but things are heating up and getting nasty fast!
Us Weekly reports, Jason has now filed his own papers disputing everything Bethenny has asked for.

The pharmaceutical executive wants primary custody of their 2-year-old daughter Bryn and child support from his soon to be ex-wife as well as dental and medical expenses.
In addition, Jason has asked for "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence" (he's referring to their $5 million apartment in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood). He also wants the former RHONY star to pay for his attorney and accountant fees and finally for Bethenny to have a life insurance policy and for her to make him and Bryn the beneficiaries.
The only thing not up for grabs here is Bethenny's $100 million worth she earned from her books and Skinnygirl empire.

The couple who were only married for three years signed a prenup before getting hitched.
Last month Bethenny released a statement announcing the sad news.
"It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family."
