Parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z have reportedly rented a 31,000-square-foot home in the Hamptons. And, yes, according to The New York Post, this $400,000-a-month rental even has a name: The Sandcastle.

Sitting on 11 sprawling acres in Bridgehampton, N.Y., it's currently listed for sale at $43.5 million. And, yes, like any mansion should be, it's equipped with a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, tennis court, spa facility, basketball court, skateboard half-pipe, full bar, a recording studio and a rock-climbing wall. Oh, yeah, did we mention the eight-car garage?

The Sandcastle also includes a 2,800-square foot master suite along with a two-bedroom apartment. The newspaper reports the Jonas Brothers were rumored to be interested in the house as well, but ended up renting a different one instead. So, the estate's neighbors should be on the lookout next month for the hip-hop mogul, the pop star and their adorable daughter!
