Beyoncé & Jay-Z Speak Out About Baby Blue Ivy Carter: "We Are In Heaven"

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are speaking out for the first time since welcoming their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, on Saturday in NYC.
"Hello, Hello Baby Blue!" the couple tells OK! in a joint statement. "We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012." OK!
