Just a day after a car accident nearly severed one of her fingers, The Big Bang Theory's Mayim Bialik is already back to work. She Tweeted, "How much do I get love and support from the big band cast and crew? I went to work today :-) doing ok. Grateful. And tired."

Mayim suffered "a severe injury to her left thumb" and was taken to a local hospital.
In a Tweet that was written by her husband, Mayim assured fans she was alright. "In pain but will keep all my fingers."
