Diet: Add Seafood to the Menu

“Eat five servings of fish a week,” says celeb nutritionist Oz Garcia, who works with Heidi Klum. Not only is it low-cal and high in protein, but some, like salmon and tuna, are packed with omega-3 fatty acids. “These healthy fats make you feel fuller,” says Oz. Also, they help regulate hormones for optimum weight loss: “You need to eat fat to lose fat!” he says.

Workout: Tone Your Body

“It’s time to work on big muscle groups,” says David Barton of DavidBartonGym (members include Gwen Stefani). The key is to add muscle — it burns more calories than fat and creates a toned look. “Do squats and use machines with pushing or pulling moves, like the rowing machine,” he says.

Motivation: Do Exercises You Love
