Giuliana notes the importance of establishing a plan from the beginning.
"The first week we started dating, Bill saw through my girlie games and said, 'We have to be open and honest with one another,' " Giuliana says. "It has been the foundation of our relationship, and the main reason we are still successfully in a loving and incredible relationship."
