It seems Billy Ray Cyrus doesn't want his daughter Miley to be such a Quitterer -- after his 16-year-old daughter deleted her Twitter account, the singer/actor got all dramatic about her decision, Tweeting that she is "a light in a world of darkness."
It seems Billy Ray thinks Miley can right every wrong, 140 characters at a time, as he Tweets: "Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born"Destiny Hope Cyrus" for a reason.You can't leave everyone now.We r countin on u."

He adds that he gets why she canceled her account, but that a few bad comments shouldn't lead to such a drastic decision.
