A lot can happen in a year! Blake Lively was ranked number 85 in AskMen's Top 99 Women of 2010 list and now in 2011 she's ranked No. 1!

AskMen has been counting down top women for 10 years now and in some cases (like Angelina Jolie and Beyoncé) the list has remained the same, PopEater reports.
But this year's list also included some newcomers and a few surprises. Blake shot up the list this year and was followed by Black Swan's Mila Kunis!
