Brandon Routh (aka, Superman) and wife Courtney Ford welcomed son Leo James Routh on Friday, August 10.

"We're in awe... we can't take our eyes off him," the couple told People.
The new parents shared that they had a tough time keeping the news under wraps. Courtney, who appears on Parenthood and has also worked on True Blood and Dexter, laughed, "Flu and food poisoning excuses only work for so long!"

Brandon's new show, Partners, premieres Sept. 24 on CBS, but somehow we have a feeling these two might be too busy to watch!
