The former star of The Hills and Laguna Beach gave birth to son Camden Jack just three days ago, but she's already so in love she can't help but take to Twitter to share the joy.

Aww. Daddy is of course Kristin's fiancé, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.
