Bristol Palin has had enough of her baby's daddy Levi Johnston's shenanigans. The daughter of former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin, is demanding that Levi step up to the plate and pay more child support, due to his influx of funds from his risque Playgirl shoot and various media appearances, according to new reports.
Bristol's lawyer filed court documents yesterday afternoon in Alaska demanding that Levi contribute $1,750 a month in child support for their son Tripp, born in December 2008, TMZ reports.
Bristol believes Levi has racked in an "excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities," according to documents.
"I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi," Bristol said in a statement.
Reportedly, Levi has only paid $4,400 over the 13 months of Tripp's life , $3,000 on September 9, 2009, $1,400 on December 19, according to the story.
Under Alaskan law, a non-custodial parent must pay 20% of income up to $105,000 a year, computing to $1,750 a month.
On the other end of the arena, Levi's manager, Tank Jones, come's to his client's defense.
Jones told TMZ Levi has paid Bristol more than $10,000 since Tripp was born.
The manager also said Levi does not make money from every interview he does, but would not specify how much Levi has made at this point.
