Bristol Palin Gets Primary Custody of Son Tripp

According to new reports, Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have finally reached an agreement in their custody case over son Tripp.
TMZ reports that Bristol was granted primary custody of the baby.

Levi was granted visitation rights in specific time slots twice a week: Saturdays and Wednesdays.
The custody deal also makes sure that either of Tripp’s parents will not "speak badly about the other parent in front of the child ... or allow anyone else to speak badly about the other parent or members of their family in front of the child."

The new dad will also have to pay child support based on his earnings per year. TMZ estimates that Levi makes $72,000 a year.
The custody agreement was filed under an Alaska Superior Court.
