Bristol Palin is coming back to reality TV. The Dancing With the Stars alum — who has recently been in the news for suspected plastic surgery — is taking after her mom Sarah Palin and has just landed her own reality show on a network that may surprise you.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Bio, formerly the Biography Channel, has ordered 10 half-hour episodes of an untitled series starring Bristol moving from Alaska to L.A. with her son (from her relationship with Levi Johnston) Tripp.

OK! NEWS: BRISTOL PALIN'S NEW FACE — WEIGHT LOSS OR PLASTIC SURGERY?

Bristol will gain two new roommates in L.A. — actors Chris and Kyle Massey — and works for a charity.

The young mom became friends with Kyle on the set of DWTS, and it seems the pair remained close.

Her show will launch later this year, EW reports, with hopes of high ratings for the network once known for its documentary profiles. Bio will attempt to replicate Bristol's success on DWTS and capitalize on the younger audience demographic that has served MTV's Teen Mom so well.

Bristol has also been in the news recently for sporting a new look. She showed up at the Candie’s Foundation 2011 benefit gala at Cipriani in NYC last week, and her face was almost unrecognizable!

Bristol’s neck, jawline and cheekbones appeared more angular, prompting many to assume she'd gone under the knife.

Maybe she wanted to change her look for her new reality show? Share your thoughts in the comments.
