Okay, so she's a far cry from a pink wig and a shaved head. But Brit, really? Bra strap showing? Check. Messy blonde dye job? Check. Coke in hand? Check. Smudged makeup and overall bleary look? Check. And is that... a choker necklace circa 1997? Oh, yes, it is. Is Britney Spears going back to her disarrayed roots or is she just having a bad day?
Brit made her way to her lawyer's office in L.A. yesterday, looking like a disheveled blast from her own past.

Sure, she's had her fashion ups and downs, and no one can be put together all the time, but we feel like we're seeing more and more of this version of Brit show up in public these days.
