We've seen Britney Spears strutting around so often in barely-there cut-off shorts, we hardly recognized her in leggings (also not pants) as she went shopping at a mall in Woodland Hills, Calif. yesterday. Brit emerged from the shopping plaza with a Neiman Marcus bag, clad in knee-high boots, leggings and a shimmery shirt, with her hair in a neater-than-usual bun.
