Britney Spears made an appearance at KIIS FM’s Wango Tango concert in L.A. on Saturday, where Jennifer Lopez, Matthew Morrison, Nick Cannon and Ke$ha were just a few of the talented artists that took the stage to perform.
“Hello everybody!,” Britney said on stage with Ryan Seacrest at Staples Center, “I love being here thank you! I am so excited. Its been an amazing year for me and I couldn’t be happier. I am so excited.”

Although Britney saved her singing voice for her upcoming Femme Fatale tour, J. Lo ended the night rocking out to “On the Floor” with Pitbull in the packed venue.
American Idol’s Pia Toscano and Casey Abrams surprised the crowd with a secret performance in the middle of the evening.
