Brit's Lawyer: She Doesn't Want to See Sam

While a hearing had been scheduled for today to determine whether or not to extend the existing restraining order that prevents Sam Lutfi from seeing his former pal Britney Spears, the pop star's rep has announced that no extension will be asked for — but that Sam still isn't getting anywhere near Brit.
"Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lutfi," said Sam Ingham, Britney's court-appointed attorney in a statement to the Associated Press. "Now or at anytime in the future.''
As reported by OK! yesterday, Jamie Spears' role as convservator over his daughter's estate and person allow him the final say on everything from how she spends her money to who she spends her free time with, so even without the restraining order, Sam Lutfi would have zero chance of seeing Brit.
"During the temporary conservatorship, the conservators have the power to insure that Lutfi will not harm Britney anymore," explained Ingham. "If Mr. Lutfi makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded, Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action."

Speaking for himself, the former coattail rider Sam said, "Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time.''
