When Justin Bieber arrived at LAX airport in L.A. on Oct. 20, the "U Smile" singer was anything but cheery. Maybe it was the rain, maybe it was the flight, or maybe the Bieb was just being a regular teenager annoyed at mom (who was also on the flight) because parents just don't understand! As Justin de-boarded he protected his infamous 'do from damage with a baseball cap and hood, but did nothing to shelter the high-tech camera slung across his shoulder from the rain.
