Camille Grammer Wishes Kelsey Grammer & Kayte Walsh "Love and Happiness;" Divorce Finalized

Kelsey Grammer got his way! Just in time for Valentine's Day — and his upcoming wedding to his fiancée Kayte Walsh — Kelsey and wife of 13 years Camille Grammer are officially divorced.

According to TMZ  Kelsey and Camille's divorce was finalized today with a judge's signature in L.A. County Superior Court.

Kelsey was pushing for a quick divorce so he could marry Kayte, and Camille wasn't to keen on the idea at first.

TMZ reports Kelsey had to post $2.3 million to protect Camille's "pension rights against any new spouse," before the divorce could be finalized.

And it looks like Camille is finally okay with everything, and is willing to be amicable with her ex.

"I have a great many mixed feelings about today," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said. "I'm sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead."

"What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children, and I wish Kelsey and Kayte love and happiness in their new marriage."

According to a recent report from The New York Post, Kelsey has already sent out the invitations to celebrate his wedding to Kayte at The Plaza Hotel in NYC on Feb. 25!

Wonder if Camille made the guest list?
