Since their July vacation on the French Riviera, the singer, 22, and model Cara Delevingne, 21, have been seen together nonstop—and being “very affectionate,” a source says, adding, “It seems like they’re in a relationship.”
Selena started hanging with the notorious party girl to make Justin Bieber jealous, the source says, but “now she has real feelings for Cara.”
