Bravo has confirmed that Caroline Manzo is indeed taping a spin-off pilot, called Manzo'd with Children, that will follow Caroline as "she attempts to be the ring leader of the crazy, Italian circus around her." Caroline and her family members have always been the centerpiece of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Former cast member Dina Manzo is her sister, and current cast member Jacqueline Laurita is her sister-in-law. Her children Albie, Lauren, and Chris Manzo have gained more and more camera time since the 2009 debut of the show, and have become celebs in their own right.

Caroline Manzo would be the first housewife from the New Jersey franchise to get a spin-off, putting her in good company among the most popular housewives on Bravo. Kim Zolciak, NeNe Leakes, and Tamra Barney all got spin-offs to focus on their weddings, while Lisa Vanderpump got an entire show in her name (Vanderpump Rules). Not too shabby, Caroline!
