
Carrie Underwood Returns to 'American Idol' & Performs "Blown Away"

It was like déja vu all over again! Last night American Idol got a blast from the past when Carrie Underwood stopped by to sing.

The season four winner performed "Blown Away" from her new album with the same name. Oh yeah, Coldplay performed as well! Their Idol debut included a performance of "Paradise" and "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall." Both hits are from their album, Mylo Xyloto.

Carrie wore a flowing white dress and stood in the middle of the stage as smoke erupted around her feet. As lights flashed and the wind machine was in full swirl, she belted out the song.
