Celebrities are tweeting their support, well-wishes and love to Angelina Jolie after learning the news that she had a double mastectomy as a preventative measure against cancer.
As OKMagazine.com reported, Angelina revealed in a New York Times op-ed that she just finished three months of surgical procedures to remove both of her breasts.

The 37-year-old decided to go under the knife because she carries the same "faulty" gene as her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who died from ovarian cancer in 2007. She was just 56-years-old.
Angelina notes she now has effectively reduced the odds of getting breast cancer from 87 percent to just 5 percent.

“I can tell my children that they don’t need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer,” she says.
