A source simply told E! News, "It's been settled." This means, of course, it's a done deal and there certainly won't be any additional court hearings over it. Charlie and Brooke's attorneys met with an L.A. Superior Court judge yesterday and then poof! Just like that, an upcoming hearing for June 9 was removed from the calendar.

Although the custody agreement wasn't made public yesterday, we do know this: Brooke's mom has been taking care of the twins while Brooke undergoes out-patient treatment for her substance abuse issues.
