Miley Cyrus made her return to Twitter for two reasons: her fans and Charlie Sheen. But it seems she's more interested in the Charlie part since their Twitter friendship is really growing stronger!

Well, Charlie welcomed Miley back to Twitter with opened arms!
"Dear Miley, Welcome back to Twitter!" Charlie Tweeted back. "Always felt you were epic... Now you proved it! Thanks for the love! ybh c @gypsyhearttour"
