Charlie Sheen is due back in court today in Aspen, Colo., but before he goe,s he's finalizing his plea deal!

Details are still being worked out, TMZ reports, but Charlie is trying to complete a plea deal before court today.
The deal would allow Charlie to not miss a taping of his show Two and a Half Men.
According to law enforcement sources, if Charlie does jail time it won't interrupt his shooting of the show.

Charlie is set to be in court today at 3:00 p.m. PDT facing charges for felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief after an alleged altercation with his wife, Brooke Mueller, on Christmas Day.
