According to TMZ sources, Charlie Sheen's plea bargain will allow the actor to be sentenced to 30 days in a Malibu rehab rather than jail!

Charlie's 30-day jail sentence will be "administered and executed at Promises," a well-known celebrity rehab facility in Malibu, TMZ reports.

According to TMZ, the actor will plead no contest to misdemeanor assault, the felony charge will be dropped and Charlie will be placed under three months unsupervised probation.
