Charlie Sheen tells Access Hollywood in a new interview that he stopped doing drugs because they "bored" him. So instead, he's now using the media to get "high."

“So you left it ‘cause you’re bored," Access' Billy Bush asked Charlie about quitting his drug use. "What do you get kicks on now?”

“Look what’s going on man,” Charlie said.

“Are you getting high on this?" Billy asked. "The attention and all the stuff that’s happening?”

“Who couldn’t be? Who wouldn’t be? I’m not saying like, I thrive on it, but if this is the way it has to be right now, then I gotta get in the middle of it and just drive it and just stay on point,” he explained.

“Um, no. I’m not running out, I don’t have as much as I thought I would, but I can’t really get any sympathy behind that and I don’t expect any because everybody is suffering,” he said. “I’ve established some expensive tastes and lifestyles for me and my extended family and I’d kind of like to support those, but I’m also the guy that believes, like I’ve said, the situation dictates it and it’s time to make changes.”
