According to TMZ, Brooke submitted a declaration which indicated Charlie said, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom..." In court Brooke also indicated that on Feb. 23 Charlie threw a phone inside the house and, as he held a penknife, he threatened to stick it into her eye. Brooke's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, thereby forbidding him to be near her.

In addition, the judge mandated that their twin boys, Bob and Max, be retained by Brooke while the temporary restraining order remained in effect. Since Brooke currently attends a day treatment facility for substance abuse, she'll see the kids for four hours each day and her mother will take care of the boys the rest of the time.
