Gabriel Aubry is in the clear... for now. Halle Berry's ex was being investigated by the Los Angeles Country Department of Family and Childen Services after his nanny claimed he yelled at her and then shoved her while she was holding his and Halle's almost 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
Yesterday, Gabriel showed up for a court hearing to discuss his visitation rights and then was later told that the child endangerment investigation against him was dropped, according to E! Online.

Now the model is solely focused on his custody case in family court with Halle, who has filed a petition to move to France with her beau Olivier Martinez and Nahla due to unrelated fears for her safety, which concern a stalker who reportedly threatened her life.

Gabriel was cleared after the DFCS found no evidence that Nahla was in any harm under his care. He is now fighting to regain unsupervised visits with his daughter.
