Chris Brown Sentenced to Anger-Management Program After Lashing Out at Mother

Things have gotten completely out of control for troubled musician Chris Brown, but it seems like he's finally getting the help he needs—albeit against his will.

Chris voluntarily entered a rehabilitation program for his anger issues last month, following his arrest for assault in Washington, DC. The AP reports that during a counseling session on November 10, Chris' mother asked him to stay in rehab a little longer (he had only been in the facility for a few days at that time). Chris responded by flying into a rage and throwing a rock through his mother's car window. The Malibu facility then kicked Chris out of the program for violating his agreement to refrain from violence while in treatment.

The law is definitely taking this seriously. A judge ordered Chris to enter a 90-day program for anger management, as well as submit to regular drug testing and perform at least 24 hours of community service a week. The terms were suggested by the probation officials overseeing Chris' 2009 case, after his assault of Rihanna.
