While dealing with the criticism from her Super Bowl performance, Christina Aguilera has also been dealing with her divorce from Jordan Bratman. But the (good?) news is they've reached a divorce settlement.

TMZ reports that Christina and Jordan filed a divorce settled with the court on Wednesday.
According to TMZ sources, they'll share join custody of their son, Max, but the legal papers to detail the terms of custody.
Christina and Jordan did have a pre-nup, according to TMZ, but sources say Jordan did get something extra in the settlement.

Even though they were still trying to reach a settlement in their divorce, Christina and Jason had been living in the same house... along with Christina's new boyfriend, Matt Rutler.
But now, Jordan has officially moved out.

The divorce won't be final until six months from the date filed — April 15.
